Once
again I have failed to receive review discs for both Battleground 2014 and The
Best of Sting so until I do Review Corner will take a hiatus though hopefully
it’ll only be for one week which means we’re going to be behind again. Isn’t
Royal Mail a wonderful thing but not to worry, if you are reading this and you
have been pilfering my mail then action is being taken against you unless I get
all of my post. We will find whoever is doing this and they will be prosecuted.
So
unprepared for this eventuality I have nothing to replace it with and so we
have an old blog to re-read. Most people will have seen this a few weeks back
but my blog tally says that no one read it probably because it was up for only
a short time. So here it is again.
With
only a few months and weeks left until Christmas, I thought we’d do something a
little different with this blog so along with the usual Wrestling God Christmas
message, this year we’ll be deliberating over the first annual ‘Wrestling God
End of Year Awards’ which you, my good minions will choose by voting on the
polls to your left which have been up for a short while already. As you can
see, I have many categories for you to vote on so scroll down the page to have
your say because if no one votes then I will decide the winners of each
category myself.
Because
I need to give you plenty of time to vote on each category, then the poll will
take in the last twelve months. So you’re voting from October 1st 2013 –
September 30th 2014. Any later and you wouldn’t have time to vote so let’s get
down to it. To your left we have a variety of categories for you to vote on
which are:
Wrestler
of the Year
Worst
Wrestler of the Year
Female
Wrestler of the Year
Most
Improved Wrestler of the Year
Breakthrough
Star of the Year

As
usual, there is NO cost to vote, it’s all free so have your say and do not forget,
this is not a popularity poll but one for you to vote for who you believe
should come top in each category. So don’t vote for your favourites, vote for
who you think has earned the right. Voting has already opened and will remain
open until midnight on November 31st 2014. Don’t forget to scroll down and look
at the rest of the polls which make up the end of year awards. The results and a
lengthily piece about each winner will appear in the Christmas blog which will
be available from December 20th 2014 – January 3rd 2015 which is our usual
Christmas break.
